Hotel rooms and packages featured on the Pilgrim Hotels website are subject to the following terms and conditions. You agree to abide by the following terms when making a reservation through the Pilgrim Hotels website.

A £25 deposit may be required to guarantee your reservation, card details may be stored upon booking. Full details are confirmed to you at the time of booking. You are responsible for paying the hotel the remaining balance owed during your stay.

All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy. When you make a booking, you are confirming that you have read and agree to the cancellation policy and the terms and conditions shown. If you need to cancel your booking please notify us 24 hours before your date of arrival or the first night’s accommodation will be charged to your card.

We do not guarantee specific rooms but will aim to honour any requests, subject to availability.

Any damages to hotel property must be paid for.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the hotel, including fire escapes. Penalty charges will be applied to anyone smoking on the premises.

The Pilgrim Hotel takes great care to ensure that the information given is accurate and up to date. However, hotel amenities may change at any time or without notice. No warranty is made by The Pilgrim Hotel as to the accuracy of the information, services or advice provided or available through ourselves, or to the standards or suitability of the hotel for your stay. You agree that the use of, or reliance upon, any of the content of this site, including recommendations, products or services, is done entirely at your risk.

Vouchers

This gift voucher is not redeemable for cash.
This gift voucher is non-transferable.
Resale is prohibited.
A substitute voucher shall not be provided in any case.

We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.

Children eat free at Easter

Children under 10 recieve a free main from the childrens menu when accomapnied by an adult purchasing a main from the Easter set menu.

Free meals are in a 1:1 basis subject to availability. (1 child meal per 1 adult meal)

Easter egg hunt

Subject to availability.

Children must be supervised at all times during the Easter egg hunt, we take no responsibility for your child.
