Our exciting dishes are created by Head Chef Deepak and his team, with freshness and variety at the forefront. Wherever possible local produce is used such as delicious Herefordshire Beef, Welsh Lamb, local fruit & vegetables and locally made cheeses. This excellent local produce is supplemented by fresh fish from our suppliers in Brixham, with Sea Bass, Hake & Lemon Sole regularly appearing on the menu.
We also serve a wide variety of Herefordshire Beers and Ciders as well as some mouth watering cocktails produced by Bar Manager Richard and his team.
The Restaurant overlooks the stunning Wye Valley between Hereford and Ross on Wye and offers magnificent views into Wales and sunsets to remember. The restaurant is the perfect setting for a romantic candlelit meal and we have recently added a stunning new conservatory extension. This new addition allows our guests their choice of a traditional candlelit dining experience in the original restaurant or the more modern and minimal feel of the conservatory.
