Herefordshire Restaurant, Bar & Terraces

Under the leadership of the classically trained Deepak Kumar (a member of the British Culinary Federation) , the Valley Restaurant at the Pilgrim has evolved into one of the finest in the County. The team use largely local Herefordshire produce to develop their menus and the growing numbers of regular clients are testament to their success.

Sylvia Chilman, our morning chef, produces wonderful Herefordshire Breakfasts and then cooks our fresh desserts and puddings as well as her renowned shortbread biscuits. We also make our own sauces, chutneys and wholemeal bread rolls.
