Enjoy a sun-downer in the conservatory after a hard day at work or a busy sightseeing excursion, sitting on the decking and lose yourself in the panoramic views and stunning, colourful sunsets. Your palate will be tempted by a variety of hand picked locally produced food and drink including the world famous Herefordshire beef, served in either the elegant Valley Restaurant or the stylishly modern conservatory of our Hereford Hotel.

We now serve great local food and drink from 12-9 every day of the week & super Afternoon Teas as well.

Opportunities for sightseeing, walking, fishing, golf and shopping are almost endless in Herefordshire and the staff are on hand to give their advice for days out. The Pilgrim is within easy reach of the Forest of Dean, the Brecon Beacons, the Malverns, the Hay Festival, Symonds Yat and the Cotswolds. Hotels near Ross on Wye in the UK offer some fantastic day trips and the Wye Valley are well worth a visit.
