A dynamic and ambitious Sous Chef is now required in our busy kitchen to help with a growing restaurant trade. Applications are invited from motivated individuals with flair and integrity to join our current team. All our food is cooked fresh to order and we strive to use "low miles" local produce. Menus change frequently and all team members are invited to have input.

We are small,, privately owned company and pride ourselves in the care and training we offer to our teams. There is a possibility of "live in" at the Pilgrim and we encourage staff to work across our two hotels [Three Salmons Usk] to gain more experience. The hotel is set in glorious countryside and the kitchen has been the subject of much upgrading in recent years.
