Few Hotels could be more ideally placed for the cream of English racing than the Pilgrim, set in 4 acres of rolling parkland in beautiful Herefordshire. Within less than an hour of your racing accommodation you could be enjoying any one of 6 of the best courses in the West Midlands and Wales, including Cheltenham Racecourse and Chepstow, the home of the Welsh Grand National.  Some guests frequently base themselves with us and tour the local courses on a daily basis during their individually tailored Racing Breaks.

Our proximity to Cheltenham makes early booking for the Cheltenham National Hunt Festival advisable.  None of the courses are more than an hour's drive from the Hotel, making the return journey to a celebration dinner as short as possible.
