New Year Hotel Breaks at The Pilgrim Country Hotel
Why not celebrate your New Year Break at our lovely Victorian Country House Hotel in the Herefordshire countryside.
The package we have planned for you offers you considerably more than just dinner bed and breakfast.
Check-in after 2.00pm New Years Eve. We will be serving you with mince pies and mulled wine in the cosy bar with its
roaring log fire or, if you prefer, in our comfortable guest lounge.
The rest of the afternoon can be spent relaxing, perhaps taking a leisurely stroll along the nearby country
lanes or visiting the quaint market town of Ross-on-Wye where you will find a surprising number of antique and
unusual gift shops.
The evening celebrations will begin with an Extravaganza Buffet prepared by our Head Chef
and his team; this will be followed by Musical Entertainment.
At midnight (weather permitting!!) there will be a firework display and a Champagne toast
to celebrate the New Year. The bar will remain open until 2.00am.
On New Years Day a late buffet brunch will be served until 11.30am.
During the afternoon a delicious afternoon tea with homemade scones awaits you in the bar and lounge.
In the evening there will be cocktails and canapés followed by a candlelit Celebration Dinner in the Valley Restaurant
On 2nd January there will be a full English breakfast served in the restaurant and some of our guests will be departing then.
For those that remain there will be an a la carte dinner in the evening.
