Pilgrim Cookery Classes
The Pilgrim is pleased to launch it's new Cookery Classes for 2013, aimed at those of us who aren't quite sure if we are doing it the way that award winning chefs would! Head Chef Deepak will be showing how to make Indian food just like his mother taught him, Michelin Chef Brent will be creating some superb breads and between them they will be cooking up a storm of great puddings.
These courses are ideal as a present for a loved one or just as a gift to yourself. There will be no more than 4 students per class and they will take place between 2.30pm and 5pm in the Hotel kitchen. Content will vary each week and will build towards a rounded knowledge by the end of 3 weeks!

Classes are £35 each or a block of 3 is £100
Why not combine a restful break in the beautiful Wye Valley with a refresher on you cooking techniques? Stay for a few nights, explore the area in the morning and enjoy some classes in the afternoons. Bed & Breakfast for class members is only an extra £40 per night for single occupancy, or £60 for 2 sharing.
